Synced Souls mission is to give black people the relational tools they need to foster sustainable relationships. We believe that dating and finding a mate require rigor, competencies, and a level of structure in the same way that we educate ourselves in school.
MEET THE CEO, AMBER WALKER
I have always been a dreamer; an idealist who has romanticized any and all relationships types and has willed myself (sometimes to my detriment) to always try hard to find solutions to problems within relationship dynamics. I always see the good in people. This lends itself to feed into my curiosity and think of new ways to be in community with people.

MY WHY
With over 15 years of experiences in social justice and dismantling complex systems to make lives of people more equitable, I have realized that while these institutions need reform and a new standard for how to care for and interact with real people, there are ways that the most oppressed people need tools that they have been denied access to. Specifically, the history of Black people in American culture is one marked with a clear strategy of institutional disruption and separation. The system is designed to tear Black and brown families apart. And this has harmed many of our ways of being. One space that has been less publicized is romantic love. We need the same tools to rebuild around romantic love as we have used to reimagine other parts of our world that have been destroyed by racism, sexism, and other oppressive ideologies. My natural attunement for love coupled with my experiences and skills developed in organizing have brought me here
